PERFORATED GRILLE (PG)
DESCRIPTION:
Series of Perforated Grilles (PG) use the same frame types as the whole range of Air Nex grilles, meaning whatever Air Nex grilles you have, your perforated plate grille will always match and not look out of place. Able to be used for both supply and extract, Series PG Grilles have a free area of around 50% for good air handling characteristics.
When used for supply, perforated grilles create a stable throw. This can be used to make an area completely filled by the moving supply air, excluding resident air. For extract, the good free area makes a grille able to handle medium size air volumes without the creation of too much noise or pressure drop.
With a wide range of options available for you to choose from, you can add access panel in perforated grille for ductwork access.
Features:
- Material: Aluminium extruded profile frame, MS perforated mesh.
- Construction: Perforated mesh is either hinged on directly on frame or else hinged on second inner frame, nut tightened from one side and magnet force on other side for access.
- Powder Coating Colour: RAL 9010, RAL 9016 or customised.
- *Cores: Removable.
- Frame: Bevel face or louver face.
- Optional: Opposite Blade Damper (OBD-AG).
